	We are friendship, we are fitness, we are community, we are the Saugus Family YMCA! The Saugus Family YMCA is a branch of the Greater Lynn YMCA that has been serving the Saugus community for over 30 years. From the outdoor Family Pool Center to the Camp Sachem our Summer Day Camp program to the cooking classes, the after school programs, pre-school child care classrooms, and our Family Fitness Center we have something for all ages at the Saugus YMCA. Many people join the YMCA with the idea that they're going to lose weight. And by and large, they are successful. But a funny thing happens on the way to that slimmer, stronger person. Discoveries are made. Friendships are formed. You begin to look at yourself in a whole new way. And for every repetition, for every bead of sweat, for every pound dropped — a ton of self worth is picked up. So look into a YMCA membership. You will find it's a simple exercise that develops your inner strength as well.
